Bring these if you have them
- Goal — what should the product do in one sentence?
- Users — who uses it (customers, staff, both)?
- References — 2–3 sites or apps you like the feel of
- Must-haves — payments, login, booking, inventory, etc.
- Timeline — any hard deadline (launch event, season, compliance)?
- Budget range — even a rough band helps scope honestly
Questions we'll likely ask
- Do you have content, logo and brand colours ready?
- Who approves design and who signs off go-live?
- Any existing systems to integrate (CRM, ERP, payment gateway)?
- Hosting preference — our setup or yours?
